Resolved

Please note that SiD was intermittently unavailable for 13 minutes between 13:46 and 13:59 due to a problem with an upstream partner.
This was immediately escalated and resolved with transactions processing normally again now.

This incident affected: Payments - SiD Secure EFT (Capitec, FNB, Standard Bank, ABSA, Nedbank, Investec, TymeBank, African Bank, Bidvest).
